- Ingredients
- 8 to 10 crepes (your favorite recipe)
- 16 eggs, scrambled
- 8 freshly roasted red chiles
- 1-1/2 cup green chili (homemade)
- 2 cups cheese
- 2 cups fresh salsa fresca
