Green Chili and Tomato Salsa recipe

Ingredients
10 | tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced |
4 small | green hot chili peppers, seeded and chopped |
1 small | onion, chopped |
freshly squeezed lime juice, to taste | |
salt, to taste | |
1 tbsp | coriander leaves, chopped |
2 tbsp | extra vergin olive oil |
3 clove(s) | garlic, crushed |
Instructions
In a bowl combine the oil with tomatoes, chili, onion, coriander and garlic. Season to taste with salt and lime juice. Allow to soak in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Adjust the seasoning before serving.
Goes well with pasta or grilled meat.
