Green bean salad recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | green string beans, cooked al dente |
½ medium | onion, finely chopped |
3 tbsp | safflower oil |
3 tbsp | apple cider vinegar |
¼ tsp | sugar |
¼ tsp | salt |
pepper to taste | |
2 tsp | savory, fresh or dried |
2 tsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Cut cooked string beans in 1cm long pieces and add with onions in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients with 100ml water, pour over beans and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.This salad will hold well for a few days in the fridge.
