Ingredients

500 g	green string beans, cooked al dente
½ medium	onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp	safflower oil
3 tbsp	apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp	sugar
¼ tsp	salt
	pepper to taste
2 tsp	savory, fresh or dried
2 tsp	parsley, chopped

Instructions

Cut cooked string beans in 1cm long pieces and add with onions in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients with 100ml water, pour over beans and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

This salad will hold well for a few days in the fridge.
