Green bean and bacon salad recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | green beans, cleaned and sliced |
3 tbsp | bacon, finely diced |
3 tbsp | vinegar |
3 tbsp | beef stock |
1 medium | onion, finely chopped |
some | savory, finely chopped |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Cook the green beans in salted water until soft, but still a bit firm to the bite.In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, beef stock, bacon and onion. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Pour the marinade over the cooked beans and mix well.
Let steep for 1 hour before serving.
