Green Bean and Bacon Salad recipe

|500 g||green beans, cleaned and sliced|
|3 tbsp||bacon, finely diced|
|3 tbsp||beef stock|
|1 medium||onion, finely chopped|
|some||savory, finely chopped|
|salt and pepper, to taste|
Cook the green beans in salted water until soft, but still a bit firm to the bite.
In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, beef stock, bacon and onion. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Pour the marinade over the cooked beans and mix well.
Let steep for 1 hour before serving.
