1 kg | asparagus, cur into bite-sized pieces |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | pine nuts |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.Divide the asparagus in a shallow casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper and add the oil. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the pine nuts are golden browned.
