Ingredients

2 bunch(es)	asparagus, trimmed
60 g	butter
30 ml	olive oil
50 g	almonds, slivered
5 clove(s)	garlic, thinly sliced
8	salad onions, thinly sliced
some	salt and pepper

Instructions

Heat butter and oil, add almonds and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until golden brown.

Add onions, stir until wilted, season to taste and set aside.

Blanch asparagus for about one to two minutes and drain.

Put on a serving plate, top with salad onion and garlic mixture and serve warm.
