Green asparagus with onions garlic and almonds recipe details
Ingredients
2 bunch(es) | asparagus, trimmed |
60 g | butter |
30 ml | olive oil |
50 g | almonds, slivered |
5 clove(s) | garlic, thinly sliced |
8 | salad onions, thinly sliced |
some | salt and pepper |
Instructions
Heat butter and oil, add almonds and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until golden brown.Add onions, stir until wilted, season to taste and set aside.
Blanch asparagus for about one to two minutes and drain.
Put on a serving plate, top with salad onion and garlic mixture and serve warm.
