Green Asparagus with Onions Garlic and Almonds recipe
|2 bunch(es)||asparagus, trimmed|
|30 ml||olive oil|
|50 g||almonds, slivered|
|5 clove(s)||garlic, thinly sliced|
|8||salad onions, thinly sliced|
|some||salt and pepper|
Heat butter and oil, add almonds and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes until golden brown.
Add onions, stir until wilted, season to taste and set aside.
Blanch asparagus for about one to two minutes and drain.
Put on a serving plate, top with salad onion and garlic mixture and serve warm.
