Ingredients

	<>For the Salad:
400 g	tomatoes, medium, cut into thin wedges
2	medium red onions, thinly sliced
1	bell pepper, red, seeded, cut into thin strips
1	bell pepper, green, seeded, cut into thin strips
4	greek pepperoncini, pickled, mild, whole
400 g	cucumber, peeled, sliced
2 tbsp	oregano, fresh, finely chopped
20	greek black olives
200 g	Feta cheese, cut in small cubes
	For the Dressing:
2 clove(s)	garlic,peeled, minced
6 tbsp	extra virgin olive oil
6 tbsp	lemon juice, fresh
	salt to taste
	pepper, freshly ground, to taste

Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Combine salad ingredients in a serving bowl. Toss with dressing and serve.

As a starter or as a light meal with a piece of warm pita or pizza bread.
