1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 Tablespoons, Grand Marnier
1/2 cup orange rind
1 cup vanilla ice cream (or Cool Whipwhipped topping)

Mix whipped cream, ice cream, and liqueur until soft. Spoon over fruit and garnish with orange rind.
