Gourmet toast recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | pork fillets |
8 slice(s) | bread |
some | garlic butter |
2 | spring onions |
4 | pears |
120 g | blue cheese, e.g.Gorgonzola or Stilton |
some | oil |
some | salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Wash and dry the fillet. Cut it into 1cm thick slices and lightly season with salt and pepper.Toast the bread and spread with garlic butter. Wash and slice the spring onions and the pears.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
Put some oil into the frying pan and fry the meat from both sides. Remove from heat and place it on the toast.
Place the onions and pears into the same pan and fry lightly. Then place fried onions and pears on the meat and top with cheese slices.
Put the toast into the oven an bake until the cheese is melted.
