Ingredients
900 g | gooseberries |
sugar | |
Crumble Topping: | |
180 g | flour |
85 g | butter |
55 g | brown sugar |
½ tsp | cinnamon, ground |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C.Place prepared gooseberries in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle generously with sugar.
Combine flour and butter and mix until they resemble fine breadcrumbs. Stir in brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
Bake at 180°C until the top is browned and the fruit begins to bubble, about 30 minutes.
