Ingredients

Instructions
Season the goose inside with salt and pepper. Coat with flour. Slowly brown goose on all sides in oven.When browned remove goose from oven.
Take goose out of the baking try and add flour to pan drippings. Cook and stir until brown. Add water, salt, and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened.
Stuff cavities with apple, one onion, and one chunked potato. Place goose in baking tray and put remaining potatoes and onions around goose. Pour gravy over all and cover.
Bake slowly for 3 1/2 – 4 hours or until the meat is tender and moist.
