Ingredients
4 | ripe bananas |
1 tbsp | instant coffee powder |
1 tbsp | hot water |
1 tbsp | dark brown soft sugar |
180 g | plain yoghurt |
1 tbsp | toasted almonds |
Instructions
Peel and slice one banana and with a fork mash the other three.Dissolve the coffee in hot water and then stir into the mashed bananas.
Spoon a little of the mashed banana mixture into four serving dishes and sprinkle with sugar. Top with a spoonful of yogurt, then repeat until all the ingredients are used up. To get a marbled effect swirl the last layer of yogurt.
For decoration finish with a few banana slices and slivered almonds.
Using a martini glass as a serving dish makes this dessert really stand out.
