325 g | gnocchi |
200 g | bacon, diced |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 small | spring onions, sliced |
1 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Cook the gnocchi in salted water until done, then drain.In a pan, heat the oil. Add the gnocchi, onions, bacon and spring onions. Fry over medium heat until golden and crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
