Ingredients
400 g | gnocchi |
1 kg | green asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces |
1 tsp | lime zest |
some | lime juice |
4 sprig(s) | sage, chopped |
60 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
2 tbsp | lard |
Instructions
Cook the gnocchi in salted water as advised on the package, then drain on kitchen paper.In a large and wide pan, heat the lard and fry the gnocchi together with the asparagus for approximately 8 minutes or until the asparagus is done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Add the sage and the lime zest. Season to taste with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
