Gnocchi and Asparagus Stir Fry recipe

|1 kg||green asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces|
|1 tsp||lime zest|
|4 sprig(s)||sage, chopped|
|60 g||freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
Cook the gnocchi in salted water as advised on the package, then drain on kitchen paper.
In a large and wide pan, heat the lard and fry the gnocchi together with the asparagus for approximately 8 minutes or until the asparagus is done, but still a bit firm to the bite. Add the sage and the lime zest. Season to taste with lime juice, salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
