Ingredients

400 g Garbanzo beans, drained
400 g chocolate chips, melted
4 medium eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
100 g white sugar
2 tbsp butter
30 g Garbanzo flour, for coating

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan with butter and coat with Garbanzo flour. Set aside.

Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and set aside.

Process beans in a blender to a paste, then add eggs and process for another 2-3 minutes . Add vanilla and continue blending. Add half of the sugar, and baking powder and blend again. Finally add the melted chocolate and process again until the chocolate is well incorporated.

Spread batter in coated pan, sprinkle remaining sugar on top of the batter and bake for 30-45 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out mostly clean.
