Glazed Summer Fruits recipe

|300 g||strawberries, washed, hulled|
|4||nectarines, pitted, peeled, cut into thin slices|
|4||peaches, peeled, pitted, cut into slices|
|300 ml||fresh orange juice|
|150 g||Grand Marnier|
Combine orange juice, Grand Marnier, sugar and butter and pour into a medium saucepan. Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Set aside.
Add the peach and nectarine pieces to the sauce sauce and toss. Add the strawberries and then the remaining berries and toss gently.
Serve warm or chilled with thick cream or ice cream.
