Glazed carrots recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | baby carrots, washed |
80 g | butter |
150 ml | balsamic vinegar |
2 tbsp | clear honey |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Cover and cook stirring occasionally tender.Stir in the balsamic vinegar and honey. Continue to cook turning frequently until the carrots are glazed. Season with salt and pepper. Serve
