Ingredients
2 | bananas |
3 tbsp | butter |
3 tbsp | brown sugar |
60 ml | orange juice |
60 ml | dark rum |
1 tsp | cinnamon, ground |
¼ tsp | allspice, ground |
4 dollop(s) | vanilla ice cream |
whipped cream, if desired |
Instructions
Cut bananas in half lengthwise and then into pieces. Set aside.Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Add brown sugar and cook until bubbly. Remove skillet from heat and stir in orange juice, rum, cinnamon, allspice, and bananas. Sauté until glazed, about 1 minute.
Serve over ice cream. Top with whipped cream if desired.
