Glazed Bananas recipe

|3 tbsp||brown sugar|
|60 ml||orange juice|
|60 ml||dark rum|
|1 tsp||cinnamon, ground|
|¼ tsp||allspice, ground|
|4 dollop(s)||vanilla ice cream|
|whipped cream, if desired|
Cut bananas in half lengthwise and then into pieces. Set aside.
Melt butter in a skillet over low heat. Add brown sugar and cook until bubbly. Remove skillet from heat and stir in orange juice, rum, cinnamon, allspice, and bananas. Sauté until glazed, about 1 minute.
Serve over ice cream. Top with whipped cream if desired.
