Ingredients
2 tbsp | butter, unsalted |
260 g | powdered sugar |
juice and zest of 2 oranges |
Instructions
Combine butter, sugar, orange zest and juice in a pot over simmering water or in the top part of a double boiler.Cook and stir until butter and sugar are melted and mixture has thickened.
Remove from heat and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and slightly cool. Drizzle or brush on top of scones or cookies.
