Ingredients
1 small jar of preserves (your choice)
1 Tablespoon butter
2 ounces brandy (your choice)
Instructions:

Melt preserves and butter. Blend until smooth; remove from heat. Blend in liquor and stir until smooth.

When hens are done (before removing from oven), brush generously with glaze. Leave in oven to glaze (about 10 minutes). When you remove hens from oven and put on plates, brush with glaze again.
