Gingerbread sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 piece(s) | chocolate gingerbread, cut in small cubes |
350 ml | milk |
150 g | cream |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the gingerbread at medium heat. Bring to a boil gently then let simmer for about 5 minutes. Transfer into a food processor and process until smooth.Pour the sauce into a bowl and allow to cool.
Whip the cream until stiff and fold the whipped cream into the sauce.
Serve with ice cream, fruits or pudding.
