Ingredients
240 g | sugar |
4 | eggs |
400 g | honey |
1 pack(s) | baking powder |
400 g | flour |
400 g | ground hazelnut |
30 g | gingerbread spice mix |
Instructions
Blend together suger and eggs, add honey.Mix the baking powder with the flour and add this to the suger/egg/honey mixture.
Add the gingerbread spice mix. Finally fold the hazelnut into the dough.
Spread the dough onto a baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
