Ingredients
1 piece(s) | ginger root, about 2 cm, sliced |
1 strip(s) | lemon rind |
1 ½ l | water |
80 ml | honey |
juice of 1 lemon | |
4 | camomile tea bags |
Instructions
Bring the the water, ginger, lemon rind and honey to a boil in a small pot. Add lemon juice and transfer to a tea pot. Add tea bags to pot and steep for about 5 minutes.Remove bags and strain tea trough a sieve. Serve warm of cold.
