Baby carrots that are cooked in a sweet-but-piquant ginger sauce.

- 1 stick butter
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons ground ginger
- 2 pounds baby carrots
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 20 mins
1. In a 2 quart saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter over low heat. Stir in the brown sugar and ginger until smooth.
2. Add carrots and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
3. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Serve immediately.Cook Information Cleanup:
