Ingredients
500 g | asparagus, woody ends removed |
sugar | |
salt | |
4 slice(s) | bread, toasted |
2 tbsp | butter |
4 slice(s) | ham |
4 slice(s) | cheese |
1 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
Cook the asparagus in salted water with a pinch of sugar until tender. Strain and slice.Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter the bread slices. Place onto each bread a slice of ham. Divide the asparagus on the ham and cover with the cheese. Bake until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
