|500 g||asparagus, woody ends removed|
|4 slice(s)||bread, toasted|
|1 tbsp||parsley, chopped|
InstructionsCook the asparagus in salted water with a pinch of sugar until tender. Strain and slice.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Butter the bread slices. Place onto each bread a slice of ham. Divide the asparagus on the ham and cover with the cheese. Bake until the cheese is golden brown.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
