Ingredients
1 kg | aspargus, woody ends removed |
sugar | |
175 g | curd cheese |
1 | egg |
100 g | grated Gruyère cheese |
100 g | crème fraîche |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C.Place the asparagus into boiling water, add a pinch of sugar and a pinch of salt and cook for approximately 8 minutes, then drain. Transfer the asparagus into a greased casserole dish.
Mix the curd cheese with the egg, the grated cheese and the Crème fraîche until well combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the asparagus and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
