Garlic and rosemary pasta recipe details
Ingredients
400 g | pasta, penne |
4 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
5 | olive oil |
3 sprig(s) | fresh rosemary, chopped |
1 tbsp | butter |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and rosemary and fry for 2-3 minutes over a medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.When the pasta is cooked al dente, drain the pasta and add it to the frying pan. Toss with the galric and rosemary mixture until all pasta is well coated.
Add a tablespoon of butter, stir again and serve immediately.
