Ingredients
Makes: 5 pounds- 6 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 5 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup Frank’s(R) Red Hot sauce
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 40 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line at least two baking sheets with aluminum foil and spray the foil with cooking spray.
2. Combine the spices together in a large bowl, then toss with the chicken wings. Arrange wings onto the prepared baking sheets.
3. Bake wings in the hot oven until no longer pink at the bone, about 40 minutes.
4. While the wings are cooking, melt the hot sauce and butter together in a small saucepan with the brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and stir until evenly blended; keep warm.
5. When the wings have finished cooking, toss in a large, clean bowl with the wing sauce. Serve and enjoy!
