Ingredients
250 g | chestnuts, cooked, peeled and chopped |
4 | shallots, peeled, chopped finely |
1 | pear, cored and cut into small cubes |
1 | apple, cored and cut into small cubes |
4 tbsp | ground almonds |
250 g | minced meat |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley |
1 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper |
