Ingredients

250 g	chestnuts, cooked, peeled and chopped
4	shallots, peeled, chopped finely
1	pear, cored and cut into small cubes
1	apple, cored and cut into small cubes
4 tbsp	ground almonds
250 g	minced meat
2 tbsp	fresh parsley
1 tbsp	oil
	salt and pepper

Instructions

Sauté the shallots in a pan in oil until translucent. In a bowl, mix with all the other ingredients until everything is well combined.

Stuffing for poultry in the winter season.
