Brussels sprouts recipe details
Ingredients
750 g | brussels sprouts, washed, outer leaves removes |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
¼ l | vegetable stock |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
½ tsp | nutmeg |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a saucepan, heat the oil. Add the Brussels sprouts and sauté for 5 minutes. Pour in the vegetable stock and cook over low heat covered for 10 minutes.Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Sprinkle with the parsley and serve.
