Fruity balsamic vinegar reduction recipe details
Ingredients
250 ml | balsamic vinegar |
250 ml | fresh orange juice |
1 tbsp | fresh lime juice |
2 tbsp | maple syrup |
1 tbsp | ginger, grated |
1 pinch(es) | cumin |
1 sprig(s) | sage |
Instructions
Pour vinegar and juices into a sauce pan and add the remaining ingridients.Bring to a boil, reduce the heat a little bit and let reduce to about 150 ml.
Pour the reduction through a colander in a sterilized glass bottle.
Let it cool down and then store in the fridge.
