Ingredients
600 g | fresh fruit, peeled, pitted, chopped |
nectarines, peaches, apricots, strawberries | |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 bottle(s) | dry white wine |
1 bottle(s) | Champagne |
Instructions
In a bowl, mix fruit and sugar and pour brandy over the fruit. Marinate fruit for 24 hours. Place fruit and brandy in a large punch bowl, add wine and champagne. Mix.Remove fruit from punch and serve in separate dish with toothpicks. Ladle out punch mixture into punch cups and keep chilled.
