Fruit salsa recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | strawberries |
2 | kiwis, peeled |
2 | Granny Smith apples |
2 tbsp | brown sugar |
2 tbsp | fresh orange juice |
500 g | plain yoghurt |
Instructions
Put all fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice into a blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency. Put yoghurt into a bowl and mix in blended fruit with a spoon. Leave to cool in the fridge for about 1 hour.Preparation time:
