Ingredients
One 20-ounce can crushed pineapple
One 6-ounce can orange juice concentrate
3 cups water
2 cups sugar
6 bananas, cut up finely
Instructions:

Mix all together and freeze at least 24 hours before serving. Stir occasionally during freezing times. Can be kept in freezer for several weeks. If frozen hard, allow 1/2 hour of thawing before serving. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

This fruit slush is often served at the Fields of Home Guest House for breakfast, but it makes a good healthy dessert any time of the day.
