Fried salmon with pesto recipe details
Ingredients
2 slice(s) | fresh salmon, skin on |
2 tbsp | Pesto, see my recipe in the database |

Instructions
Wash and pat dry the salmon. Spread the skinless side with the pesto.Heat some oil in a wide pan and place the salmon skin side down into the hot oil. Leave cooking at medium heat for exactly 7 minutes. Do not turn before this time is over! This will crisp up the skin and make sure that the salmon will be cooked through. After 7 minutes turn over and cook for another 4 minutes.
Now the salmon should be cooked and have a nice colour! Serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
