Fried salmon balls recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | salmon fillet, diced |
½ | lemon, juice |
1 small | onion, chopped |
½ bunch(es) | dill, chopped |
1 medium | egg |
5 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
salt and pepper | |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
In a blender, purée half of the fish with the lemon juice. Combine with the diced fish, onion, dill, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Form 8 fish balls.In a pan heat the oil. Fry the balls over low-medium heat until golden all around and cooked.
