Fried rice with vegetables recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | rice, cooked |
50 g | red pepper, finely diced |
1 tbsp | cooking oil |
100 g | bean sprouts |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
50 g | peas |
some | broccoli florets |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
Instructions
Prepare rice according to directions and set overnight in the refrigerator, covered.Place a large skillet over medium heat and add both oils, peas, pepper, sprouts and broccoli. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add the rice and soy sauce and cook, stirring for another 5 minutes.
