Fried rice with beef mince recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | rice |
500 g | beef mince |
salt and pepper | |
paprika powder | |
1 handful | parsley, chopped |
1 dash(es) | soy sauce |
1 | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
1 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water until tender.In a large pan melt the butter. Add the onion, garlic and the mince. Fry until golden for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Stir in the rice.
Fry for 5 minutes, stirring. Season to taste with soy sauce. Stir in the parsley and mix well.
Serve warm with fresh salad.
