|100 g||mushrooms, sliced|
|400 g||rice, cooked|
|1||green onion, finely chopped|
|2 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 envelope(s)||egg, beaten|
Heat oil in a pan and add all ingredients, except egg. Stir frequently and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.
Add egg and cook 5 more minutes. Add additional soy sauce a darker color is prefered.
