Ingredients
4 tbsp | oil |
100 g | mushrooms, sliced |
400 g | rice, cooked |
1 | green onion, finely chopped |
2 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 envelope(s) | egg, beaten |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and add all ingredients, except egg. Stir frequently and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.Add egg and cook 5 more minutes. Add additional soy sauce a darker color is prefered.
