Fried Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts recipe

Ingredients
150 g | Brussels sprouts |
200 g | potatoes, peeled and diced |
1 tsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | parsley, chopped |
some | salt and pepper |
50 g | crème fraîche |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and fry the potatoes for 10 minutes. Add the Brussels sprouts and fry for 3-4 more minutes or until the potatoes and sprouts are done. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the crème fraîche and the parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the vegetables with the crème fraîche dip.
