Fried bread with tomato paste recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | slices bread |
1 large | tomato, finely diced |
4 slice(s) | ham, |
4 | anchovies |
5 | olives, chopped |
30 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil and fry the bread slices from both sides until golden. Cut the fried bread into stripes.Thoroughly mix together the tomato and the garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the tomato paste on the bread stripes, and garnish with ham or cheese or anchovies or olives.
Serve warm or cold.
