Ingredients
500 g | fresh asparagus, trimmed |
60 g | butter |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
Instructions
Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Stir in the olive oil and sautee garlic in butter for a minute. Be careful not to brown the garlic.Add asparagus, and cook for 10 minutes, turning asparagus frequently.
