Asparagus with Hollandaise Sauce recipe

Ingredients
1 kg | asparagus, woody ends removed |
350 ml | Hollandaise sauce |
1 tbsp | butter |
2 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
salt and pepper | |
sugar | |
ground nutmeg |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add the asparagus, butter and a pinch of sugar. Cover and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Drain well.
Heat the Hollandaise sauce in the microwave – do not bring to a boil!
Arrange the asparagus on a preheated serving plate and season with pepper and nutmeg. Pour over the Hollandaise sauce and serve garnished with parsley.
