Fresh garden quiche pie recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup Fresh Zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup Tomato, chopped and drained
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Salt and Pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. Arrange zucchini, tomato, onion and cheese evenly in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and spread over vegetables. Bake about 35 minutes.
