This Filipino version of fruit salad, modified from Auntie Josie’s recipe, infuses a condensed milk cream coating with a mixture of canned and exotic fruits.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 (29 ounce) can fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can lychees, drained
- 1 can macupuno, drained
- 1 can palm seeds, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 Red Delicious apple, cubed
- 1 Asian pear, cubed
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
Preparation method
Prep: 1 hour 30 mins1. Thoroughly coat sour cream and condensed milk with the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
