Ingredients
Serves: 9- 3 to 4 apples
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups flour
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour square cake pan.
2. Grate apples.
