some | milk |
salt and pepper | |
6 tbsp | butter |
flour | |
1 | lemon, sliced |
2 tbsp | parsley, chopped |
Instructions
In a flat dish, cover the trouts with milk and leave for 1 hour. Take out, pat dry and season with salt and pepper. Turn in flour until well coated.Fry the fish in butter from both sides until golden and crispy.
Serve the trouts garnished with lemon slices and parsley.
