|250 g||apricot jam|
|1 dash(es)||lemon juice|
|1 pinch(es)||brown sugar|
|2 tbsp||meringue crumbs|
InstructionsPeel, core and slice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice.
Line a baking tray with the pastry, spread with apricot jam and cover evenly with the apples. Sprinlke with brown sugar and brush with butter. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Whisk the cream until stiff. Fold in the meringue crumbs. Spread on top of the cake and decorate with raspberries.
