250 g | apricot jam |
7 | apples |
1 dash(es) | lemon juice |
1 pinch(es) | brown sugar |
some | butter |
200 g | cream |
2 tbsp | meringue crumbs |
10 | raspberries |
Instructions
Peel, core and slice the apples and drizzle with lemon juice.Line a baking tray with the pastry, spread with apricot jam and cover evenly with the apples. Sprinlke with brown sugar and brush with butter. Bake at 170°C for 40 minutes.
Whisk the cream until stiff. Fold in the meringue crumbs. Spread on top of the cake and decorate with raspberries.
