- Ingredients
- 8 ounces non- or low-fat cream cheese
- 4 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 4 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in processor. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Garnish with blueberries for ‘stars.’ Garnish with raspberries for ‘stripes.’ Chill. Serve carefully to keep patriotic.
