Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup crab (imitation)
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Jack cheese
Instructions:

Use an 8-inch souffle pan and a 375-degree oven. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Spread crab on bottom, then both cheeses. Blend in blender all of the rest of the ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees. Can be prepared beforehand and refrigerated until used.
